If required, we maintain a stock of frequently rotating materials, so it is possible to purchase parts in large quantities, thereby reducing costs. During production, we provide the opportunity for scheduled, partial deliveries, even by modifying the production process.

Subsequent repair

We undertake the repair of assembled products, subsequent modifications, and the replacement of parts. In case of larger quantities, a custom quote is available upon request!

Instrument Box CNC Milling

When using instrument boxes, whether plastic or aluminum, we undertake the milling, cutting, and shaping of the boxes. The embedded electronics can be placed in the box immediately after production.

PCB procurement

If you entrust us with PCB procurement during production, we also undertake the production of printed circuits according to Gerber files. This way we can schedule production more accurately, saving you time!

Parts procurement

We can provide electronic manufacturing from our own component stock or for individual procurement based on the BOM list received. We are in contact with all major suppliers.

Our goal is to produce your designed product in the best possible quality and on time, whether it is the placement of a prototype or even a complete series production. The main focus of our company is SMD placement, from prototype assembly to series production. We have equipped our electronics manufacturing in such a way that we can handle everything from small batch SMD placement to larger series production.

We can perform SMD placement in small batches as needed, using manual placement techniques. For this, we use manual solder paste application with stencils or semi-automatic dispensers, followed by soldering in a reflow oven. As a result, the product is indistinguishable from machine-placed boards.

We are available to assist you throughout the manufacturing process, from the placement of SMD components to manual assembly, testing, and packaging.

We can offer electronics manufacturing starting from prototypes and small series, through hundreds of series, all the way to larger volume productions. The electronics manufacturing can be performed both manually and by SMD placement machines, from the placement of SMD components to the soldering of THT components.

We can complete SMD production or complete electronic assembly for prototypes within a working day, and of course, we treat your intellectual property confidentially.

SMD placement has become the foundation of modern electronics manufacturing. Nowadays, these components make up the vast majority of electronics production. Cl-Pro Automatic Ltd. is capable of SMD placement on boards with various densities and pitch sizes, both in leaded and lead-free technology.

We can provide the quote by providing the following data:

BOM list, specifying the components' enclosures and tolerances
Indicating the number of pieces
Implementation drawing/ Gerber file (SILK layer/s)

Indicating individual requirements:

stock maintenance
scheduled delivery
foreign delivery

If the quote is only requested for pick and place components, it is sufficient to send us the BOM list.

The contract concluded with Cl-ProAutomatic Kft. is effective from the date of receipt of the parts until the date of return of the devices, unless otherwise agreed. By placing the order and signing the receipt by himself or his agent, the Customer accepts the terms and conditions of CL-Pro Automatic Kft.

RECEIPT OF ASSETS

The Customer or his representative, after verifying the number and quality of the devices, confirms the receipt with his signature.

DELIVERY ABROAD

The Customer is obliged to notify the delivery abroad in advance.

SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

Cl-Pro Automatic Kft. undertakes to manufacture the electronic devices required by the Customer.

DEADLINE

Unless otherwise agreed, it extends from the receipt of the components to the completion of production.

INFORMATION HANDLING

Cl-Pro Automatic Kft undertakes to treat the information provided during Smd implantation, Electronics Manufacturing and related activities confidentially.

PAYMENT

By sending the order (e-mail or FAX), the buyer accepts that the order is treated as live and that the customer is therefore obliged to pay. The customer is obliged to reimburse all costs incurred during the order and the component order.
An exception to this is if the order is canceled before the components are ordered, by mutual agreement.

The customer acknowledges that if a tool that does not meet the technological requirements (e.g. a stencil that is not compatible with the production) is selected for the production, we will charge a separate fee for the repair of any manufacturing defects that may occur.

Manufacturing technology provisions:

We charge a technology fee in cases where the production process is hindered due to the influence of some external factor. These cases include:
– Parts not received in manufacturer's packaging, repackaging.
– Extra repairs due to poorly chosen manufacturing technology (inadequate quality paste mask).

Manufacturing technology requirements:

In the case of large-scale production, at least a Steel Paste Mask is required.
In the case of dense raster distribution (fine pitch) components and BGA-packaged components, a Steel Paste Mask Stretched on a Frame is required, which has appropriately sized holes.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

In matters not regulated here, the provisions of the Civil Code and other relevant laws shall apply.
By signing the contract, the Client acknowledges that if the fee stipulated in the contract is not paid by the deadline and in the manner specified in the contract/invoice, the Client's public data (company name, registered office, tax number, data of the person(s) authorized to represent) and the amount of the debt may be publicly published on the website www.mediaadosok.hu. The Client shall bear any direct or indirect damage resulting from public publication as damage resulting from its own fault and shall not make any claim for compensation or other legal remedy against Cl-Pro Automatic Kft. in this regard.
