Alongside the evolving SMD placement techniques, the insertion of through-hole components (THT) remains highly important today. There are situations in electronics manufacturing where placement by an SMD placement machine is not cost-effective, or where the space-saving benefits of SMD technology are not desired.

After SMD placement, we also handle the insertion of through-hole components. Our equipment is chosen to ensure efficient manual placement even for larger quantity electronic productions.

In through-hole electronic manufacturing, we use both leaded and lead-free solder materials, depending on the customer’s needs and the manufacturing technology they represent. During manual placement, we work with high-quality soldering stations and excellent solder from reputable manufacturers with high flux content. After the electronics manufacturing is completed, we clean the placed products in an ultrasonic washer from soldering residues, unless we receive different manufacturer instructions. We can perform ultrasonic washing up to a contour size of 170mm x 220mm.

Procurement

Our company undertakes the procurement of necessary components, PCBs, and manufacturing aids for product manufacturing. Based on the provided BOM list, we procure the components, including custom requests. Upon agreement, we can also maintain stock for components related to the product. For standard items, we can ensure placement from our own inventory.

We can ensure procurement of components through all major, reputable supplier relationships. For PCB procurement, we prefer PCBs from domestic PCB manufacturers. Based on individual requests, we can also use PCBs from foreign manufacturers.
